September 2007 — "I accessed the ETS site yesterday and find it incomprehensible! I rarely take the bus but find myself in need of doing so on Monday, Sept. 24th. So, I wanted to find out what bus to take. I had no idea where to catch the bus let alone the 4 digit route number. Design the sight so the user can put in where they are starting out and their destination - that would be much more user friendly. Thank you."
