January 2009 — "Toronto to Orlando package. Worst experience ever. Staff sent us to wrong check-in counter at airport. Promised hotel amenities did not exist. Rental car was not as promised. Hotel breakfast not edible. Hotel staff did not speak English. Room substandard."

October 2007 — "This was my first time flying with Air Transat to Europe. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I was also impressed with the meals, pretty decent for airplane food. Space is tight on the plane but sometimes the flights are not fully booked so you can have a whole row of seats to yourself. I booked online and would recommend Air Transat to other travelers; good service, good deals. "

Dec 0 — "I have not even flown AirTransat yet, but I will never fly this airline again. For the past 2 days I have been trying to "modify" my reservation by upgrading to business class Club Class. One cannot speak to the agent, modification cannot be done online, reservation agents say it is not their domain, noone answers the phone, and e-mails remain ununaswered. It is a joke airline' I have flown before on many major airlines, and the savings on Air Transat are not worth it. I' leaving for Europe in September, and will let you all know how my flight was. So far, there is no customer service , period.!!!!"
