September 2008 — "The WestJet staff are awesome! I recently flew with them and everyone was great! From the people at check-in to the flight crew, everyone showed the true meaning of customer service. Flying is so expensive these days so if you have to do it, it's great using a company like WestJet since they seem to truly appreciate and respect their customers. I'm also not a big fan of flying and the flight crew made me feel at ease by cracking jokes throughout the flight and even breaking out into song at one point! It was truly entertaining and I appreciate their efforts!"

October 2007 — "It is true...that WestJet employees actually like what they do. Crazy, but true! On a trip to Toronto I flew with them and was pleased to deal with pleasant and friendly staff. They really seem to be having a great time with those flying as well as their co-workers. In fact, when we landed in Calgary (on my return flight) we had to wait on the runway for about 15 minutes. Not that long, but one flight attendant kept us entertained with jokes and even sang a song to keep people laughing. Flying generally isn't fun but those WestJetters do their best to make it so! Thanks WestJet!"
